Jessica is really amazing, she takes her time to figure out what works best for you. The first time I worked out with her, I used muscles I didn’t even know I had, and I loved it. She has helped me take better care of myself and I couldn’t be happier to have her as a trainer.

Jessica is awesome! I hadn't really worked out in a very very long time (embarrassing really) but she was patient and encouraging.
